This Saturday’s demo will feature the technique behind trussing, roasting and slicing a beautiful locally raised chicken. Watch and learn as Chef Jordan rubs down his bird with Night Kitchen’s powerful flavor forward spice blends. We will serve it with herb butter roasted Chinese cabbage straight from our Bartlett Pear garden. All items are available in the market for purchase so you can bring Chef Jordan's techniques into your home.
Cooking Demo will last one hour. Recipes will be provided. Everyone is welcome! Event is free.
We will also be discussing recipes for the upcoming holiday season like Cranberry marmalades accented with clementine segments, toasted pine nuts and scallions, Duck Confit & Roasted Fig Stuffing and Pomegranate Mousseline. Items such as these will be available the week of Thanksgiving in the Bakery!
